Rental Start Dates:
Weekly rentals: Checkin - Saturday at 4:30pm, Check-out Saturday at 10:30am
Spring & Fall Rates :
Weekly $1000.00 (before June 20 and after Sept. 12)
Summer Rates:
Weekly $1400.00
Deposits & payment terms:
- Deposit of $200 required per week during the summer to hold the booking.
- All deposits are due within 2 weeks of confirmation of availability.
- Final payments are due 1 week prior to first date of booking.
- Reservations made within 2 weeks of check in must be paid in full upon confirmation.
- Flexible deposit during non-summer months.
Limitations:
- Maximum number of people - 4 adults
- Pets not permitted
- Smoking not permitted in cottage
- Linens,Towels,Bath Soap and Tooth Paste are not provided
- Renters are responsible to leave the cottage clean at the end of the rental period
- No WiFi, Telephone, TV
Cancellation Polices:
- Deposit refunded minus $75 administration fee when cottage is re-rented.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 1 week of check in.
Please note deposits and payments are accepted by cashiers cheque, money order, or electronic transfer only, personal cheques will not be accepted.
